Bi-Monthly Reflection In our normal daily lives, It is a rare that we are forced to slow down, reflect, and discover. Now is the perfect time too manifest an opportunity for personal growth, discovering a new passion, or work on developing a new project. Remember, staying active fosters a healthy mind and body. Go on a walk, connect with nature, or enjoy leisurely spring cleaning your home. You can also keep to self care practices by downloading the 'Insight Timer' app. and meditate, or use an online app like headspace to practice mindfulness. While maintaining safe social distancing, consider lifestyle choices that support our local community such as assisting a non-profit community organization, and buying from local businesses.
